Non-Refund Policy
At MD Solutions LLP (Nagpur, Maharashtra), we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with our
services (computer repair, electronics repair, hardware upgrades) and products (refurbished laptops, parts,
and accessories). This Refund & Return Policy explains our process for returns, replacements, refunds, and
cancellations. By purchasing or availing our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Scope of Policy
This policy applies to:
- Refurbished laptops and hardware products purchased from us.
- Repairs and services (computer, laptop, electronics).
Services are generally non-refundable once work begins, but we offer limited remedies for dissatisfaction or
defects.
2. Returns & Replacements for Products (Refurbished Laptops & Parts)
- Timeframe: You may request a return or replacement within 7 days from the date of
delivery/purchase (for refurbished products only).
- Conditions: Product must be in original condition, with all packaging, accessories,
tags, and no physical damage (except manufacturing defects).
- Eligible Reasons: Manufacturing defect, wrong item delivered, or damaged during transit
(proven with photos/videos).
- Non-Eligible: Change of mind, misuse, accidental damage, software issues after setup,
or opened/used items beyond basic inspection.
- Process: Contact us at support@mdsolution.com or +91 7385120851 with order details,
photos, and reason. We will provide instructions for return (pickup or drop-off at our shop). We
may arrange reverse pickup if applicable.
- Replacement: Preferred over refund — same or equivalent model (subject to
availability).
3. Refunds for Products
- Refunds processed to original payment method (UPI, Card, Bank Transfer) within 7–10 business days after
we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Deductions may apply for: shipping costs, restocking fee (up to 10–15% for non-defective returns), or
missing accessories.
- No refunds for shipping/handling fees paid at purchase.
- Cash payments: Refund via bank transfer or cash at shop (with ID proof).
4. Repairs & Services (No Return, Limited Refund)
- Repairs are non-refundable once started (diagnostic/repair work begins).
- Diagnostic fee (₹200–₹500) is non-refundable.
- If repair fails or you are unsatisfied: We offer free re-repair within warranty period (30–90 days) or
partial refund (up to 50% of service fee) at our discretion.
- No refund for services completed successfully.
5. Warranty & Post-Return
Refer to our separate Warranty section in Terms & Conditions. Returns do not extend warranty. Refurbished
products carry 3–6 months warranty (excluding battery/screen/physical damage).
6. Cancellation
- Pre-delivery cancellation: Possible if order not dispatched (full refund minus any processing fee).
- Post-dispatch or service started: No cancellation.
7. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
- Custom repairs or software installations.
- Opened consumables (e.g., thermal paste, cables used).
- Items damaged due to customer misuse/neglect.
8. Governing Law
This policy is governed by Indian laws. Disputes subject to Nagpur, Maharashtra courts.
